About the event

You're invited to kick off the festival with a Community BBQ! Join us as we come together to thank our volunteers and celebrate the spirit of Independence. Enjoy delicious food, catered by Ovenbird Bakery, and great company while we recognize those who have made a difference in our community. The Heritage Museum will also host a special memory board for attendees to share their memories and honor those who have contributed to our town’s rich history.
